‘87 325e. Bought in 2005 w/a blown ETA motor as a HPDE project.. Swapped in a fresh (42000 mile) M20B25 found in the i/is models.
Lots of fun, well balanced and easy to fix!!
My E30-Trakrat has seen HPDE action @ Sebring Int’l Raceway and also @ Homestead-Miami Speedway.
It has also run at the 2007 Bay Bottom Crawl.
I also get seat time with Equipe Rapide Sports Car Club for Auto-X events.
Of course, It sports Grassroots Motorsports Stickers!
