1973 Triumph Stag

Actually found and purchased one of my “cars I always wanted to own”. It is a project to be sure but it is a 27,000 mile 4 speed with the Triumph 3.0 engine. Already have a trunk lid and replacement bumpers.

One has been claimed by the wife as her toy, can't argue with my collection. I plan on doing minor reliability type mods such as updated wiring, better radiator, oil cooler, holley carb, head work and cams. I want to make it so she can drive it without being to afraid of being stranded but still have the 3.0 V8 that everyone seems to hate so much. I have heard that there is finally a good timing chain for these now. Second one might be a more radical and less Triumph based street terror/rat rod. (Yeah I said it "Triumph Rat Rod)
