I bought these Bilstein Touring Class (TC) struts/shocks for my '97 328is (with Sport Pkg.), but ended up selling the car before I put them on. These struts and shocks are brand new, in their original boxes, and have never been installed on a vehicle. The package includes 2 front struts and 2 rear shocks.
I did a ton of research before purchasing these, and what sold me is that they were better quality than OEM, and were a good match to the factory springs. These are a great OEM-replacement strut/shock.

F4-BNE-A315-BG Rear Shock (2 required)
The struts will fit non-M E36 chassis cars, and the rear shocks will fit non-M E36 and E46 cars. Again, these struts/shocks will not fit a BMW M3. Specific applications are in the links listed below:
