Roadside engine budget?

What is the budget hit for a K24 pulled out of the road less than 3 miles from my house than needs a new oil pan?

GRM staff can Google perring parkway from the delivery address on file for my subscription. 

I'd claim that it is the equivalent of a Free-For-Everyone craigslist ad, therefore no budget hit.

I was driving down a two lane road in northern Vermont one day and passed an old flatbed truck going the other way that had the remains of an old military truck of some sort strapped to the back of it.  The front end of the military truck was hanging of the back of the flatbed.  About a half a mile later I came upon a minivan stopped in the oncoming lane with growing puddle of coolant under it and an old flat head engine of some sort sticking out the front.

yeah, free to the public, free to budget. why aren't you there, yet?  you're not far (I think), I'll come get it if you don't...
