As a side question, what if a car doesn’t have a windshield? Where does that sticker go?

You'll have to have a wind deflector so maybe on that?
I`ve said it before, but pleasssse make some adjustments to the windshield banner so that it fits better on small cars and curved windshields. Not everyone drives a Crown Vic or Fox body.
