Is the fm 2.5 suspension nb spec conversion?

No. NA front hats, FM rear shock hats.
There is no such thing as a 2.5 NB spec. The 2.5 is designed to use NA components, and is better than any NB bits would be

I do have a stock auto. radiator that came out of it. Miles unknown, but the plastic tanks are not green yet.
Edited after mis-reading my own ad...
I forgot to put in the ad, the car also has working AC that was just re-done with R134a last summer. I did put in the PS pump delete pulley bought from joey48422 as well.

Edited for clarification: The buyer that flaked never even came to see the car. He was supposed to send me a deposit, but never did and stopped returning emails or calls. He said he saw it here though so that surprised me that it was a GRMer. Just hope nothing bad happened as he was very nice on the phone.
