Longtime reader, first time seller.
Purchased a year ago from CL with delusions of grandeur of LS conversion or at the very least returning it to the road with BMW engine. Ran out of room and spousal patience/understanding.
Discovered seller documentation error on title last week at the BMW. So needs a new title applied for and I am too over it to be willing to deal with the hassle.
GRM discount available. Need it gone to make space for my other projects.

Definitely a deal by the looks but 'no title' or dodgy title gets a lot snark around these here parts. Sorry. Wouldn't bother me unless it was a Nissan I wanted to put back on the road.

No worries and I completely understand the title bit. I'm exactly the same way. Most of us who frequent the cheap side of CL are - and should/must be - vigilant of such things. Im just pissed at myself for missing this mistake. I'll likely end up going to the courthouse to get a new title.
If nearer I'd buy it to part out. I'm hoping to need that transmission soon.
