I should take your lead and use new stuff lol

Although cleaning and repacking the old belt tensioners is working based on the logic that good grease has no shear and no melt characteristics so the bluing and pitting may not get worse :)

Dont think I will find a work around for the soft pressure plate and leaking clutch master...

If it makes you feel better, the trans pan is almost rusted through. I'm going to have to change that eventually as well. Stupid auto transmissions. I don't think it's ever been off. The timing belt stuff (3 acc belts, timing belt, tensioner and idler) were $90 for all of it. 

I don't usually mess with the tensioners on these (the SOHC alpha was never changed in 250k miles) but these came in a kit.
