Update:
Almost 4 years later and my car still looks great. It sits outside a majority of the time during summer and is inside whenever the temp is below 40°. I can see Vivvid's claim of 7 years being accurate.

You and me both! It's easy to remember because my youngest daughter was born in the middle of it. She's turning 4 next week.
How has maintenance been? Durability with rock chipd and debris at track? Grtting rubber off of it? Any regrets?

I just take it to the car wash and blow it off like a would regular paint. I think it actually washes easier because stuff doesn't stick to it. I definitely don't give it any special treatment. It's proven to be pretty durable.
I feel this faded paint drove me nuts too! I ended up wrapping my motorcycle myself instead of paying for a paint job or a professional wrap. I ordered my vinyl from foliemolie, and honestly, the prep work was the most tedious part. But once I got the hang of it, it was super satisfying to see it come together. Sounds like your process is on point.
