8.8 time?

Shippers measure outside dimensions to charge for a package. This way it's likely they'll measure smaller. Also added bonus is the diff is padded right on it instead of shifting around in a box with less padding.
Stampies overwhelming number of concurrent projects has inspired me.
Time to bring this one back to life. First step is cleaning up from where its been under the carport all summer. I cant smell mice, but there definitely been stuff under the cover.
Next is putting the new to me 3.63 diff in. Then seeing what all else is mangled from the burnout of champions.

Dude you did the diff with this jack whodathoughtit and not at Dad's?!?!????
Yeah, cars not really able to be moved much in its current state. And the four post would get in the way more than it would help at this point. Itll go to dads to finalize the new ppf delete when i get that far. And get the duster off his lift amd fixed....

Same. Im worried about how much other stuff is broken from the burnout and improper storage though. No way to know for sure but to find out one step at a time.
What'd you do for reinforcement? Or are you talking about the welded plates you added before?
What's the plan at the PPF delete area? Going to try and tie in some more structure there?
In reply to TVR Scott :
I used the stronger notchless housing, along woth more extensive plating this go round.
If the ppf hadn't failed last time, the housing would have still been fine after the diff explosion.
For new ppf, im going to essentially clone the kpower ppf delete.

You might have bad taste in gas station food but you have good taste in music.
We finish tonight here:
Fired up, doesn't want to idle. No exhaust. No ppf delete. No test drive.
However, fluids in, and it felt like it went into all five gears without issue!!!!!
It may just be as simple as a complete diff swap and new ppf delete.
