A buddy has a GT6 that I've done a bunch of work on (rebuilt the engine and gearbox, all the brakes, suspension etc) so I'll be watching for your GT6 project!

This will be similar to David Link's V8 GT6 except the body, chassis and paint are all first class. Similar blueprint to the TR4A, so electric power steering and Vintage Air HVAC. I'll create a new build page soon.

It was an absolute disaster to find the paint code, eventually got the mix and guess what? A gallon of Caribbean Blue Metallic and the matching clear was over $2,500! Better look like this when it is done!

Is the FITECH still on the TR4?

No, I ended up pulling it and converting it back to a carb (Holley 390). Despite Fitech's assurance that I could get it to work properly on a smaller engine (3.9 litre), it was fouling the plugs and running rich and I just could not get it right.

I'd offer that even on a larger motor you still would be better off with the carb!

Not surprised. More ways for aftermarket efi to go wrong than right. I have a fitech on a shelf myself. Taught me a lot about efi along the way.
