I am listing my 1977 Dodge Ramcharger SE.

Its' a factory 440 Truck with 79,000 Miles. I am the Third Owner.  My Dad bought it from the Estate of the original Owner in Poland Ohio.. I bought it off of him in 2003.


- I will try to list all of the points of the vehicle.

- Was originally a Fire Chief's Truck so it has Dealer / Factory installed Siren Lights in the Grille, Dealer installed Alarm System (not Functioning), Fog Lamps, And a Fire Siren.

- Some other options;

Factory 440 - $ Bbl, 727 Transmission, 4WD

- Roll Bar

- Cruise Control (works)

- Air Conditioning (works)

- Sure Grip Rear Axle with 3.55 Ratio

- Power Steering / Brakes

- 117 Amp Alternator

- Skid Plates for Transfer Case and Fuel Tank

- 35 Gal Fuel Tank

- Transmission Cooler

- Russet Sunfire Metalic Paint (resprayed 2003 in original color)

- Warn Front Hubs

- Front Sway Bar


-Truck has Original Interior, Seat Covers and Carpets.

- Groovy Paneling on Roof Interior was installed by original owner. 

- Sunroof installed y original owner.

- CB / Inverter Center Stack By Original owner or dealer. - Cannot Confirm that CB Works Correctly.

- Trailer Brake Modulator - Hydraulic to electric unit - Works fine.


Truck Starts up and Runs Fine, I have driven or towed race rigs with it to Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee etc. I have not been afraid to drive it and it never has sat more than 2-3 Months at a time.  Fluids are good and All the Gauges and Lights Work (reverse lights Need a switch at the Trans which I will fix this week)

Roof is removable but I have never taken it off. Rear Seat is removable... 4 pins to take out.

Truck is Clean underneath. 


Items that I have Rebuilt or maintained during my ownership:

- Replaced Fuel tank

- Rebuilt Steering Gear

- Replaced Transfer Case to Frame Mounts

- Light Detailing on top end of engine - Intake / Valve covers / Carb

- Rebuilt Carb

- Replaced Transmission Pan / Gasket / Filter

- Adjusted Trans Bands

- Added Rear Seatbelts out of a '68 Valiant

- Replaced Master Cylinder

- Replaced Door Weather Seals

- Radiator Recored in 2005 with 3 row core.  Does not run Hot Idling with AC or Towing.

- Dry Indoor Storage Since 2003.

Do you mean lever bedside cb?  There are so many switches and levers.. you need to be more specific.

What did you get for it if I may ask? I've been tinkering with one for a buddy and while it may not reach this level it's pretty dang nice.
