This is in Virginia and sadly VA doesn't allow sales directly to the public on this car, you'll need a broker.
If this allowed sales to the public, the price of $750 would be $1,190 after fees plus $200 for annual buyers badge. $1,390
Expect that to roughly be the price also using a required broker.
