I purchased this car a few years ago because I’ve always loved small, quick and good handling cars. It was a completely stock Florida car when I got it. It’s never seen salt and is rust free. The body isn’t perfect, but it is in very good shape for an 11 year old car with over 100K miles on it. Yes, I track the car but I’m also obsessive about maintenance and the condition of the car. I’ve done all the work myself and can total up $5K+ worth of mods. With me behind the wheel I’ve clocked 1:52 around mid-Ohio and I’m sure it’s got another second or two in it with a better driver. When I bought the car I specifically wanted an ‘06 because it is one of the most reliable Mini’s you can buy. The car is a hilarious amount of fun to drive. The reason I’m selling it is because I want to get more RWD experience on the race track.
Drive Train:

I did the 100K service and replaced just about everything I could come up with while I was there.
Supercharger serviced and 15% overdrive pulley
Valeo single mass clutch with less than 10K miles. All components in the bellhousing replaced (T/O bearing, bushings, rear main seal, etc.)

New aluminum t-stat housing and t-stat
New belt
New NGK plugs
