I've never seen the car listed for sale, but I have met Garaithon a couple of times.   And I actually bought a Miata from him a few years back.

 Buy with confidence if you're in the market  for this type of Bimmer.  He's a trustworthy, honest guy.

I've always thought the 355d was neat considering you got a modern BMW that still gets 30ish miles to the gallon, while still having a good amount of usable torque.

Also, diesel cars are cool.

I would consider partial trades as well for a challengish type car, or C5/LS1 go fast things!
