I like how the seller opens the ad with essentially a picture of dust to validate the barn-find status, but closes with a picture of a resto-mod XJ to show possibilities. I give it an A for marketing.
Looks like a nice starting point for a racecar!
I will continue to sing the praises of these. I've got ~5 hours at Road Atlanta in an '86. Just a very pleasant and smooth car with beginner friendly dynamics.
Best looking 4 door ever!
Isn't that what The Equalizer drove back in the tv show?
I was not interested in a stodgy old man's 4 dr, back then, but it suited him!
Now, I'm older than him, and stodgy works for me.
How the heck did THAT happen???
It is what the equalizer drove. At its heart, it's a sports sedan. For the 80s, it was impressive.
The only Jag I ever drove r worked on along the way, was a late '80s XJS, in the late '90s. It was nice, but not in a "wow I gotta have one" way.
