How about ground clearance with a flat tire?
With the interior gone it's just too much of a project for me. I'd hate to see what it costs to piece together an aircooled 911 interior.

In all seriousness, that looks like it's super low. Is the swap "in progress" or is it completed and non-running for some subsequent issue?

My 76 will be up soon. A lot more body work needed but has an interior. No engine, though.
He's got a ton of other bits, including Haltech, but those would be at an additional cost to me. But they'd make it more doable
The main other bits he has. He values them.@ 5k and would sell gor 3.5k
He sent a video showing the bottom of the pan is level with the floor so it sits at about the same height as the bottom of the heat exchangers.
I think I said it, but this has a 6 speed from a 997
