So.......I have been sitting on this car for awhile after having enjoyed it for the last 10 years in variuos iterations. From a bone stock street car, to a caged, suspended, safetied track car, to its current midpack BMWCCA C-Modified-ish car. So here goes......there is a lot. Pull up a chair.....ha.

Engine and Drivetrain 97 S-52 w 85k OBD1 intake w stock ecu......needs a performance chip really Turner large diameter ( 3", 3.5" , don't remember ) smooth silicone boot True custom built CAI behind left headlite, ABS delete Factory Euro Stainless 6 into 2 header. Custom built 2 into 1 collector, 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust, exit in stock location Oil pan modified for race New aluminum flywheel and clutch kit New driveshaft 10 DE's on a rebuilt 4:10 with extra clutch discs for 75% lockup M3 finned diff cover

Suspension e36 M3 front complete w coilovers 10 DE's on new aluminum M3 control arms and tie rods Poly CAB's 318ti rear trailing arms modified per M Roadster Adjustable rear ride height Camber Caster adjustable Poly TA bushings Solid aluminum subframe mounts Suspension Technique sway bars w poly bushingsw adjustable end links front and rear Koni's front and rear Camber plates front Poly rear shock mounts Suspension well sorted spring shock rates etc, but does need corner balanced currently

Brakes e46 M3 rotors front ( 325 mm ) 6 piston calipers w extra set of pads e36 M3 rear rotors, calipers and pads 750 master cylinder, w rebuilt brake booster 100 laps at 10/10ths and not a spec of brake fade. Awesome to be able to outbrake a Porsche. They don't like that much! Ha.....

Wheels Kosei 8.5x17, junk Hoosiers, w a set of rollaround wheels and tires

Body Jackson racing cage, NASCAR bars, and an additional structure built behind the fuel cell, that sits in the spare tire location, as a safety measure in case of a rearender..... Paint scheme still in great shape, been garaged the whole time. ( thanks Dan Bell and Scott Smith! ) Fuel cell had foam and gaskets replaced a year ago Wired for push-to-talk 2 Butler aluminum race seats Sunroof removed and panel welded and finished in Lexan front, rear, rear quarters, no drivers or pass front Fiberglass hood Weighs approx 2400# Adjustable front splitter, ends at front axle centerline Adjustable rear wing Flares could stand replacing but they are there and intact BMP fiberglass front and rear bumper Oil cooler installed in front but not hooked up Newer radiator and hoses Brake backing plates w cooling ducting functional ( but not really needed...ha )4 bolts and the whole front bumper comes off Aluminum skidplate digital dash, but have lost the manual to recalibrate Master shutoff

Con's Has alot of the original wiring harness still in the car. Really needs to be stripped out, and wire back what is necessary Engine harness could stand a little cleanup and reattaching here and there Hasn't been out in a couple of years, but fuel was replaced a year ago when cell was rebuilt

Complete and running, wicked fast, amazing awesome sound, into the hi 1:30's at Road Atlanta, not for the faint of heart.......$15k

To a forum neophyte, couldn't figure out how to add photos...somebody give me a hand if you would.....will supply upon request

Sounds like a nice car. For photos, you need to host them elsewhere: imgur, Flickr, whatever you prefer - and then link them in your post. At your hosting service page, copy the link to the particular image, then come here and start a post. Click the icon of the little camera (2nd from right, above this guy). In the popup menu, paste the link URL in and click OK.

You'll need to log in to post.
