A friend of mine has older parents who recently sold their farm. Several cars were parked around the farm and I am showing the best two here for sale. The buyer is responsible for removal and transportation. The property will be turned over to the buyer / new owner on 4/30/2018, so it is preferable to have the cars picked up prior to that. I don't know much about the condition of the cars, hence the low price. The family's primary concern is saving them from the crusher. The cars are located in the College Station, TX area. That 64 might be saveable to someone who really cares, but the 68 has some serious tinworm going on in bad places. I doubt it's much good for anything other than a 440 donor.
Hate to say it, but if their primary concern was getting these cars saved, they should have sold them a long time ago.

I totally agree on all accounts. I personally hope someone picks them up at least for the drivetrain.
Demo derby guys still go nuts for Imps. Join one of the Facebook groups... I bet you can sell any and all of them. Will still eventually get junked. But it'll be more fun.

The 64 should have a 413, yes. But the 440 in the 68 is a forged crank, high compression deal. If the engine's not a seized hunk of metal, someone'll give them 500 clams for the drivetrain.
I found an Imperial enthusiast who plans to buy these two, plus any others on the property (there are several more).
