Willing to bet that at a minimum that front bunk (over the cab) window has leaked and there's a whole lot of woodworking needed under the skin to make it right. A few other signs of possible water infiltration on the sides as well.

Priced just about right. If I am wrong and its completely dry then its a screaming good deal.
