I am currently planning a move from Alabama to Denver, and as part of that process I am downsizing my collection of specialized cars to buy one all rounder. So I am selling my 99 Miata track car.
The car has an assortment of reliability and performance mods. This includes an OEM hardtop, 15x9 wheels, full bolt ons, and Xida Race suspension. Most of the common failure points on these cars have been replaced or updated, with a variety of new sensors and a coolant reroute.
Car also has a floor pan drop with racing seat bolted straight to the floor, so is tall people friendly. This car is a reliable lapper and very well set up for the right driver.
It spent nearly its entire life in CA so no rust whatsoever.
There are some downsides listed in the ad. Mainly a parasitic drain I handle with a battery shutoff switch and the ECU needs startup and acceleration enrichment tuning.
