Want a Jaguar E-type with a little extra flair? This one from 1966 has received some unique modifications by a previous owner.

The body has been flared, and the "overhauled" engine now sports three Weber carbs.

As well, the E-type comes fitted with a five-speed transmission, power steering and even air conditioning.

Find this 1966 Jaguar E-type for sale from E&R Classics for $219,950.

I don't know what it is, but I was never really fond of the coupe's rear half....

There's the Mk 1 Coupe, and then there's the later 2+2.  I'm with you on the 2+2 Don, the back of the roof and the rear quarter windows are too high and rounded, but I think the original lines of the Mk 1 Coupe work much better.  Looking at this one from both angles, there's an issue with its stance, it seems to be sitting a little high in back over fat tires, but the one that slithered past me at a British car show in Virginia last fall was just a big piece of "Oh, yeah!"  Maybe the low, thin, elegant wrap-around bumpers help, and this one is missing them in addition to the jacked-up rear end.   Maybe they just come across better in person than in photos.
