Blame the stay at home order for this. What programs exist/existed wherein auto manfacturers recognized owners and their cars for notable milestones or events?

Mercedes High-Mileage Award is for owners who have clocked 250,000km or more.

Jeep "Badge of Honor" program recognizes Jeep owners who have completed various trails.

FCA High Milers Club is for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, FIAT... uh, sorry Plymouth, Eagle and SRT.

Chevrolet Truck Legends is for owners of a Chevy with over 100,000 miles, or for those who have leased two or more Chevy trucks.

Harley Davidson Ride 365 involves mileage checks at the dealer.

I found a broken link for Ford.

Subaru Badge of Ownership seems to just let you tell a little of your interests and how your Subaru fits in, but there's a 100,000, 200,000 and 300,000 mile badge, and you can brag about how many Subarus you've owned. Interestingly, they let you set a year back to 1968, but require a 17-digit VIN.

I remember when I had my Fiero that Pontiac had a special license plate frame for 100,000 miles. I can't find any pictures of the frame on the webs.

I can't find anything for Toyota or Honda, which is what set me off on this journey.

What else is out there?

Volvo used to have one, but dropped it(15ish years ago) just after I got the 300,000 badge for my gold 240 that went all the way to 464,000.

In the 1950s-60s VW and Porsche gave you a car badge and certificate when you did 100,000km , VW also gave you a watch

I found a news release from 2012 where Volvo reinstroduced it as the Volvo Heritage Club. There's nothing on the site today about it, but I did track down some forum posts from, I think, 2017, where people were saying that, in spite of there being nothing on the web, reaching out to Volvo USA corporate would get it done.

You'll need to log in to post.
