2008 Challenge question

I'm re-entering last years car and I gave all my paperwork in but didn't keep copies, what I want to know is can I use my printed total budget as my starting point without all last year's receipts? I do still have paypal/ebay receipts available, just not locally store bought stuff.

And can I remove line item amounts (ie: $365 NOS setup) from the budget if I remove the item?( that sounds redundant ).

yes and yes. We cleaned out a lot of older files, but we kept 2007 during the move.
