When you replaced the PCV, did you get a new one from the dealer or did you get something from an auto parts store?
If auto parts store - Throw it away, put old PCV in. If you pitched the old PCV, get one from the dealer.
PCV valves are calibrated leaks and aftermarket ones are a major source of drivability and oil consumption problems. There's a reason why GM rivets them into the valve covers now...
