With 100% of proceeds going to the Detroit Children’s Fund. How much do you think it'll fetch, and who will place the winning bid?

I say Jay Leno with $300,000 at the auction block. (I made a Clue funny)

I say it'll be $2.3M and it will either be Rick Hendrick or that collector who is always there buying the big ticket cars, Ron Pratt (sp?)

And as much as I think cars like this sell for stupid money, I love that it all goes to a good cause, so hats off to BJ and the people that bid.

I was going to come in here and say something about "who cares what rich people are spending to buy cars they're just going to put in a fancy garage and never drive, just for bragging rights."

But, since it's raising money for charity, I'm ok with it. I think that will also possibly raise the price, since the buyer can probably write it off as a charitible contribution (ironically) on his/her taxes. or not, idk....

In reply to irish44j :

Yeah, I wouldn't have featured it had it not been for a good cause.
