We had our last event Sunday, a "fun-run" event with timing but no scoring or points. Broke up into 3 heats, work 1 off the other 2 to do whatever you want. I brought the MR2 to have a little fun with it, and there were two others that joined the fun. We decided we needed a photo afterwards. (This is at Kil-Kare Raceway in Xenia OH)

Yeah, like a flash back nearly 25 years ago. Very cool.
Interstingly, it appears all are wearing traditional Ohio plates. No one running historic plates which means all are likely still used as at least summer time DDs
Cool. I wish I had known! (I'm about 20 miles from there).
That front MR2 looks like my old '87 -that I still wish I hadn't sold...

The black one is our SOLO chair, the middle one is mine, the last one is a gentleman I hadn't met before the day but being safety steward while he was running I got to talk to him a little during the event.
My coworker that bought the WRX finally made it to an event, and he asked me to ride along. We ended up co-driving his car for a few hours. It was fun beating up on someone else's car but I rather enjoy the Abarth and MR2.
