In the constant pursuit of bench racing perfection, have our thoughts on the 3.8 Genesis couple changed now that they are getting a little older? I know when they first came out the chassis wasnt quite there dynamically, and the motor while decent, wasnt something to write home about. I seem to remember something about a rubbery shifter too?
Now that the newest ones are approaching 8 years old, have things turned the corner with them? Has someone come up with a decent suspension formula to make things as competent as they can? Does the v6 hold up? Is the turbo 4 the way to go? With the prices of everything going crazy, I have been looking at some of the more oddball stuff and seeing if I may have judged things too soon.
For the fun weekend/occasional track car, do they make sense?
