Black Friday / Cyber Monday Deals and Discounts

I didn't see a thread yet to post Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals and discounts for stuff we actually want, so figured I'd go ahead and get one started.  Last year I managed to get all of my required track safety gear at a healthy 15% discount from Winding Road Racing, and this year it's my co-driver's turn.  Both cars also need a ton of parts, and since they need to be bought anyway, I'm not adverse to saving a few bucks.

Who's discounting what?

• Wine Country Motorsports - Discounts on gift certifcates (Last year they did 20% off merchandise; maybe other deals on Friday?)
• Summit Racing - Various discounts off various brands

I need snow tires. I almost made the mistake of ordering them this afternoon. I think I'll wait another day and see how this plays out.

We need snows for the wife's car and have been putting it off, think we may have waited a tad to long. Nothing quite like summer performance tires in a snowstorm. Hope it doesn't snow for real around here for a few more weeks.

I previously got a killer deal on tires off Ebay with the Ebay discount on top.  I was going to buy the tires through www.tirebuyer.com anyway.  I then searched ebay and sure enough tirebuyer was the seller on ebay and that got me the same price and same rebate as buying the direct off their website but the ebay route gave an additional 15% off.

We didn't have Black Weekend sales until last year. I might put in an application at REI.

Winding Road Racing is discounting all driver's gear 15% off with promo code BLACKFRIDAY2018 (minimum $100 purchase).  

Some Wera tools are discounted on Amazon. I picked up a socket set I've been eyeing for 20% off, and some stuff is more heavily discounted than that.

Speaking of Winter tires, I got a pretty sweet deal on Blizzak WS80’s for mama’s Ody, $615 out the door at Belle Tire in Plymouth MI.  Was nice to not have to mount and balance them myself.

Nice! That's a good one.  Needed to re-up anyways and that's a great way to do it.  :)  

Any other wheel/tire deals out there? The mazda5 needs tires and the stock wheels are in rough shape.

Summit Racing also has 50% off the in-store clearance rack, today only.

Walked in for a garage heater, walked out with some new 1.75" bore Wilwood calipers ($70/pair, butt ugly red but $70/pair) and some rear hubs for an Escort ($5 each) and something I have been looking for for a long time, a V belt pulley for a press fit style Saginaw power steering pump ($5).

40% off at LKQ yards this weekend.

Thanks for the Simpletire shout-out.  I got a set of Cooper Discovery AT/3s for the Super Duty tow pig for $584 shipped.  I was struggling to find anything less than $800 locally (285/70-17 10-ply), so I’m stoked.

I’m not a raving fan of consumerism, but I can get behind saving $200 on something I need to buy anyway.
