They are technically 5x115, but with the way 5 lugs are measured (outside of a lug to center of another) means they are only 0.35mm different, which is why the hub manufacturers (Timken, etc) call the hubs 5x114.3.
Funny thing about the GM "5x115" wheels. The lug studs are on a slightly different bolt pattern. If you gently walk the lug nuts on, they contact the outside of the lug hole first, almost like Enkei was manufacturing the wheels to 4.5"...
