Did the front brakes on the 7 this morning, managed to snap the anti-rattle clip on one side. I'm assuming that it's only an NVH eliminator and it's OK to drive without it for a few days, but am I wrong?

I've run without them on my '78 corolla, '82 starlet and now my '81 transam without any trouble. YMMV
