I have half of the transfer case rebuilt

Installed bumper

That front end is seriously sexy

As usually I’m running behind. However  getting things done. I ordered a pre made rear bumper and small parts to finish up the aux fuel tank. Things are going pretty smooth.
 

Transfer case was a little slow as we had the wrong shaft. The seller on eBay came through and saved the day. The transfer case is almost complete. Waiting on a pack of shims to set shaft play. Didn’t have the appropriate shims.
 

Everything was sandblasted and washed with acetone. Casting marks ground down to look better, also won’t cut anyone who works on it in the future. Repainted with grey paint. These are better than new.

The old case was split 180 degrees, the bearings were sloppy and loose. One less thing to fail, repair.

Front section of the cage is removed. Dash overlay is removed. 

Cant believe spent $1500 on a guage cluster today 

That's pretty slick.  

And about the same $$$$ as a digital race dash...

Except that this Bronco doesn't need it.   Sigh. Well everythign is out of stock, and I am running out of patience on this build. Had to be on the back burner with other business requiring more attention. Goal is to finish this thing by Dec 31

Looks like you're doing the early front turn signal conversion.  Nice!

Shoot, Should have hollered. I would have came out to help out since I'm off till after the new year. It would have been cheaper than me sitting here and online shopping.

i h Have one on my 67 impala that I sold. Also have the same one going in my 1949 Ford truck and also in my Camaro SS
