I have an old front wheel drive Chevy Lumina that I don't currently have a use for.

Will that work as a rallycross car?

Absolutely.

My Dad bought it new in 1998. I ended up with it when Mom went to the nursing home. The paint is flaking and leather seats are coming apart but the electric sunroof still works.I don't think anybody would give me $100 for it right now. I stuck a trailer hitch on it to tow my jet ski or motorcycle trailer and equipped it with a satellite radio. I keep looking for for a police department push bar to put in the front to make it look like a big bad cop car. I currently use it to haul dogs to the vet and the groomer and everywhere else my dogs go. I think it would make a great rallycross car. Maybe I could install a roof rack and some huge aftermarket lights. devil

Check out North Texas Rallycross in Facebook, there's an event happening now.

They've done a couple events at Redneck Offroad heaven in Oklahoma. About two hours north of dfw.

Ive been to the website a few times and never see where they post the next event, just the results from the last one. I kinda hate everything about facebook so I deleted it about a year ago. If you think of it, let me know when the next one is and I'll be ready!
