We just finished driving the new Fiat 124 Spider, which marries the Mazda Miata's excellent chassis with Fiat's excellent styling. Oh, and the turbocharged four-cylinder engine from the Fiat 500 Abarth.

this is going to sound odd.. but as much as I would run out and buy the abarth.. I would want it with the non-abarth front bumper

I've been looking at "brochure" photos for months. How about some some photos of the underside? I'm quite curious how Mazda/Fiat managed to slip a very different engine into the MX-5.
