Man, you guys have a big garage.  For a car to be "lost" in a GRM garage is pretty something.

The interior in my current 89 951 project looked like that. (maybe worse). There is a thread here some place with the product I used to clean it.  The product was recommended by some one else here and it worked spectacularly well.  That and a ozone generator and you should be good to go.
