I was watching Gearz (with stacy davids) on youtube the other night and in one of the quick tips he had a small infomercial about earl's ez-beader, a neat way to put a little bead on the end of tubing...

they only works with a fairly narrow size of tubing and @ $30-75 PER or $400 for the entire kit it's not exactly cheap....

so I did a quick search on the googles and found this... http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/custom-fabrication/324132-homemade-intercooler-pipe-bead-tool.html

looks about perfect for me... I bought a cheap turbo kit with one of the ebay DSM pipe kits that already have a bead but will have to cut them to make it work for my setup... it's alu so I can't weld a bead onto them with my MIG

just thought I would share... it looks like a good way for cheapo...

BTDT. If you take your time and go slow it works. I couldn't find anywhere in my town that would roll beads.
