That was pretty informative, but IMO, too much talking, not enough footage of wheels flying off on the racetrack.

That was a very informative and timely video.  I've used spacers with and without the snout and always make sure they fit flat. With an aluminum wheel (spacer or not) there should be very little rotation of the lug nuts between "just snug" and "fully torqued".  Steel wheels are another story...., ;-)

I had this issue with spacers on my R53. Definitely a good simple trick that would have saved me several wheel studs. I prefer spacers without a chamfer as it's not really needed. The weight of the car is held up by the clamping force of the studs, not the center bore.
