ReCharger is good. 

But what would we call the device used to put electrons into the Charger? Calling it the Charger Charger has La Ferrari  or "ATM machine" vibes

And a high speed one would be a Charger SuperCharger charger.

Only if you were charging off in a hurry somewhere. Otherwise a normal ReCharger charger would suffice.
