According to a Facebook announcement by Ohio’s Nelson Ledges Road Course and the NEOHIO Region, SCCA, the Longest Day of Nelson Ledges is returning. Back in the day, this 24-hour race was a staple on the calendar, attracting both SCCA Club Racers and factory-backed pro teams.

By the way, look for some endurace race tips from Will Nonnamaker in the next issue. And, since his family knows the event well, what else could we do to help prepare for the return of the Longest Day?

i got to crew at Nelson for a couple longest days. Those are some great memories.

Is the ant hill still there?  I was looking at google earth and it looks to have been removed.
