The link above does suggest where it is on a decade older one, and a wild guess, and a couple about where they are on a Silverado or Kia...
Alldata doesn't show the location, which means Mazda doesn't show it in their service information. You may have happened across sopme of my rants about the degeneration of service information on this very forum in the past. The 13 Fiesta doesn't list a filter, which means its part of the fuel pump assembly, most of the time.
