I did my timing belt 5 times and still can't get it right...

Here is a video of the noise that comes from the timing belt. I removed the PS and ALT belts so I know it isn't coming from those two. The timing belt seems to slip toward the timing plate...so I readjusted the cam sprockets, tensioner pulley, and idler pulley.

Then I followed

https://sites.google.com/a/philb.us/miata-torque-specifications/timing-belt-install-steps

and started the car. Sound still remains...

So, is my belt too tight? too loose? rubbing? cam sprockets not inserted correctly? tensioner and idler pulley not inserted correctly? new belt needs to settle in old car?

I don't know anymore...but here is the link to the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbAdKwJX9mQ
