Original owner is selling his 2013 6spd manual R w/ 102,000 miles.
Has Stage 2 mods/tune and upgraded clutch. There's no tints, it's on 18in Neuspeed wheels with Michelin Crossclimate 2 tires. Claims oil changes every 3k miles. Definitely strikes me as a mature owner and not the slammed vape cloud catless burble tune vee dub eff boi type owner.
Gotchas? Specific things to check? I do not want to go to that VW forum.
Depending on the tune it may burble, my 2012 does. Not really crackle tune but does bubble and pop.
No clue what to look for really, I bought mine with a Salvage title and about the same miles.
Make sure the 4wd works even though it is 95% FWD.
They are very fun.
Timing chain tensioner failure and timing chain strecth are issues with that generation of motors. There a couple other issues to keep an eye out for.
Check FCP and DAP websites as they have a ton of videos on what to check and how to fix it.
