Odd Miata taillight assembly??

Bought an 03 Miata with a really odd taillight.  The center lens is clear, the outer 2  are red.  Number M37 in big letters, and SAE bulb numbers in English and japanese.   Lens is PMMA and the housing is PP-T20

Any help getting rid of it would be appreciated.  I don't just want to put in on ebay for some unsuspecting soul to purchase
