Uh-oh. Part might have been discontinued. Searching Frenkit's site for the part number, P414101, returns no results, and the year/make/model search on their online catalog only goes back to 1995.

I am still seeing them available on eBay and elsewhere from European parts sellers. Buy, buy, buy!

They look a lot like your Starion calipers.  Akebono, you say?

Which year? RockAuto claims to have a pair of Centric pistons that are the same from '81-'91. It let me add one to the cart, so they might be legit: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=4562298&cc=1192283&pt=1724&jsn=382.
