Last year we acquired a 2005 RX8 with a dead engine for our then 15 year old son. Since then we rebuilt the engine (twice, the second time to get all the seals in the right place), and it's mostly running, and he got his license yesterday. We have a few things to sort out, but damn, the thing is obnoxiously loud. There is no muffler at all, and the CAT seems to be empty. So, we're looking for stock take-off exhaust parts so the thing can be remotely civil. Anyone have anything to sell or suggestions for where to get it? We are in Ann Arbor, MI, and somewhat local is obviously better for something that's expensive to ship.
I think I have some stock cast iron manifolds around here. Heavy and in FL. If they can help let me know.

Over Thanksgiving we pulled the motor again and gapped the side seals differently because they were sticking when warm. The car now runs much better, so he's actually going to start driving it. But it's still obnoxiously loud. So we would be interested in a stock exhaust from the end of the header back. Anyone got something laying around not too far from Ann Arbor, Michigan?
