If I'm not mistaken, Toyota still sells the body sections to weld in: Parts page
Otherwise, you'd have to find a donor car. Maybe one of those JDM half cuts people buy for engine swaps would still have them intact?
Got one from Toyota. Sucks that its just the middle part of he rocker, but I should be relatively easy to make it work.
