I have no problem ragging on every current Nissan. And I can imagine some positive adjectives to apply to an Allroad's aesthetics, but "beautiful" is not one of them. "Minimalist," "Utilitarian," "rugged looking" maybe.

There ARE cams available for this engine, but more likely he means 2.8cams. Built motors get sold, so maybe the story on this one goes back even further than the previous owner. 

Also be aware that Chinese K04s exist, and can be crapshoots.
