I had a math teacher in college that had one, back then it was brand new ... '01 maybe. He alternated between the Z8 and a mint red M6. He had retired from IBM, one of the best teachers I had, he really enjoyed teaching.

Nice pairing. A friend of GRM's--a surgeon--had a silver one when new. And just a few years ago, BMW showed one at Amelia. The Z8 is totally timeless.
