We pull 34 on a regular basis. Synthetic oil, 92 or 93 octane premium, once a month a put a few ounces of Lucas Gas treatment in the tank. We have the auto trans (CVT).
My understanding is that the 2014 on up gas mileage is much better than prior years.
Juke 2015-2017 is estimated 28 and 32 mpg
Honestly I like C-HR,I'm sure I'm not the target market as a male nearing 50 though. Its lack of power will keep me from one I'm sure.
It would be great if all automakers offered real performance models of the same platform instead of offering 5 different suv models they think will serve all buyers.I'm sure the C-HR with the 2.0 turbo from the Lexus NX200 would make this a great little cuv.
People complaining about the looks of new suv thingies seem to forget about how far we've come from the extremely bland era and every maker had the same lack of style of box with wheels.
I also like the Mercedes GLA and especially the AMG version that's sneaking up on 400hp,the new Infinity QX30 looks great and is based off the GLA platform.
The mazda linup of suv's is likely where I'll find my wifes next set of wheels, the CX5 would be perfect for us if they jam the new CX9's turbo 2.5 in it for 2017....the 184hp of the current powertrain just ain't gonna cut it.The CX9 is bigger and less sporty than I'd like.
The CX5 is to get the diesel and its 310 ft/lbs of tq sounds promising despite 0 experience with diesels on my part.
