What is crazy is how valuable anything with a 1.0 Ecoboost is on the used market.

True that. I briefly dabbled with the idea to get a 1.0L Focus and gave up REALLY quickly. In my mind they should be 5-7k (at the bottom, anyway) by now.

I'm just surprised someone with more engineering talent and far greater machining capabilities and abilities hasn't made a 2.0L twin turbo V6 from a pair of 1l ecoboost as of yet. 

I'm well aware that fomoco makes larger V6 EB platforms and that it wouldn't be cost effective, but the sounds and awesomeness.

The Ford 1.0L ecoboost is still sold in Europe. The 1.5L 3-cyl is sold here and elsewhere. The dream is alive! ;)
